About Me

Passionate about helping people, teams and cultures to develop and grow, I set up Purple Stone in 2015 following a six-year period at UK mobile operator, Three (most recently as Head of Engagement, Leadership and Management Development).

My professional ambition is simple ‐ to support people to create and sustain positive change, in their professional and personal lives.

Much of my work gives me the opportunity to help others build trust, inspire change, resolve conflicts and improve relationships.

A lover of dance and yoga, most of my free time is spent in the South Oxfordshire countryside with my Dutch husband and our gorgeous daughter.
